Our History

Founded in 1997, Laboratory Charter School of Communication and Languages ("Laboratory Charter School") helps students become citizens of the world with a globalized perspective. With three K-8 campuses in the Philadelphia area, Laboratory Charter School provides a progressive, multi-lingual, and culturally diverse educational environment. Laboratory Charter School is a two-time Blue Ribbon School with a Peer Leader Award from the School District of Philadelphia, consistently high PSSA scores, Middle States Accreditation, and an Annual AYP Achievement. With a zero tolerance policy, we provide students with a safe, structured environment conducive to progressive learning.
